Two-Drug combo aims to outsmart resistant hodgkin lymphoma

NCT ID NCT04788043

First seen Jun 30, 2026 · Last updated Jul 01, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This phase 2 study tests whether combining magrolimab and pembrolizumab can shrink or eliminate tumors in people with classic Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or not responded to at least two prior treatments. Magrolimab targets a 'don't eat me' signal on cancer cells, while pembrolizumab helps the immune system attack them. The trial enrolls 8 adults and measures how many achieve a complete response after 4 and 8 months of treatment.

What this could lead to
If successful, this combination could offer a new treatment option for people with Hodgkin lymphoma that has not responded to other therapies.
