Summary
This study tests pembrolizumab, an immunotherapy that helps the immune system attack cancer, in children aged 6 months to 18 years with advanced melanoma, solid tumors, or lymphomas that have spread, returned, or not responded to treatment. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or control the cancer. The trial is still recruiting, especially for teens with melanoma and patients with certain genetic tumor traits.
