Two-Drug combo aims to tackle Hard-to-Treat T-Cell lymphoma
NCT ID NCT05313243
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This phase 2 trial is testing whether combining two drugs—pembrolizumab (Keytruda) and brentuximab vedotin (Adcetris)—can shrink tumors in people with a type of T-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to at least one prior treatment. The study enrolls adults with CD30-positive T-cell lymphoma, including peripheral and cutaneous subtypes. Participants receive both drugs for up to 16 cycles, with pembrolizumab continuing for a total of 35 cycles if the disease responds. The main goal is to see how many people have their tumors shrink or disappear.
