Two-Drug combo aims to tackle Hard-to-Treat hodgkin lymphoma

NCT ID NCT04510636

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This phase 2 trial tests whether combining pembrolizumab (Keytruda) with bendamustine (Treanda) is safe and effective for people with Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or is no longer responding to standard treatments. About 40 adults will receive the drug combination, and researchers will measure how many achieve a complete or partial response using PET/CT scans. The goal is to see if this two-drug approach can shrink or eliminate cancer in this difficult-to-treat group.
