First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, camrelizumab and ivarmacitinib, as a first treatment for children aged 6-18 with newly diagnosed classical Hodgkin lymphoma. The goal is to see if this approach can achieve a complete metabolic response (no signs of active cancer) while potentially reducing the need for traditional chemotherapy. About 112 participants will be enrolled across multiple centers.
