Summary

This study tested whether adding a magnetic chair therapy to standard pelvic floor exercises helps men with premature ejaculation more than exercises alone. Forty-one men aged 25 to 45 took part over 8 weeks. Researchers measured pelvic floor muscle function and sexual health scores to see if the combination works better.

What this could lead to

If successful, this could offer a non-drug, non-surgical option to help men with premature ejaculation gain better control.

What could go wrong

This is a small, single-center study with only 41 participants, so results may not apply to everyone. The magnetic chair therapy is not widely available and may not add benefit over exercises alone.
