Summary
This study tested if injecting botulinum toxin (Botox) into two areas of the penis and nearby muscles could help men with lifelong premature ejaculation last longer during sex. 150 men received either Botox or a placebo injection, and their ejaculation time and sexual satisfaction were tracked for six months. The goal was to see if this treatment could safely improve ejaculation control and quality of life.
