NCT ID NCT07551674
First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests a 12-week pelvic floor exercise program for women aged 65 and older who have stress urinary incontinence (bladder leaks with coughing, sneezing, or movement). One group will do standard exercises, while the other will also watch and imagine themed videos (like holding a flower) to boost learning and motivation. Researchers will measure changes in leak severity, quality of life, and how well participants stick with the program.
