First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at how two different weight loss methods—medication (GLP-1 drugs) and surgery—change pelvic floor symptoms like bladder leaks, urgency, and prolapse in women. About 200 women aged 18-89 with a BMI of 30 or higher will join. The goal is to help doctors choose the best weight loss option for women with pelvic floor issues.
