Summary
This study follows 380 women for a year after vaginal childbirth to see how pelvic floor muscles and tissues recover. It also tests whether early, personalized pelvic floor muscle training can improve symptoms like urine leakage and pelvic organ prolapse compared to standard care. Participants complete questionnaires, exams, and ultrasounds at several visits.
