First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether combining two types of pelvic floor exercises—functional movement retraining and hypopressive exercises—can reduce pain, improve bladder and bowel symptoms, and boost quality of life in women with mild uterine prolapse. Thirty-two women aged 30-60 with stage I or II prolapse will do supervised sessions three times a week for eight weeks. Researchers will measure pain, symptom bother, and quality of life using standard questionnaires.
