First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new injectable drug called peguricase, given together with methotrexate, in 36 adults with gout that standard treatments cannot control. The main goals are to check safety, how the drug moves through the body, and whether it helps lower uric acid. Participants must be 18-70 years old and not in an acute flare at screening.
