Summary
This study is testing whether having a trained peer navigator helps African American men with advanced prostate cancer understand and go through genetic testing better than standard care alone. Genetic testing is important for treatment decisions, but many men face barriers like lack of awareness or trust. The study will see if having a guide who has been through a similar experience makes the process easier and improves understanding.
