Summary

This study is testing whether having trained peers provide education and counseling helps people with tuberculosis (TB) and HIV stick to their treatments better. It will involve about 1,920 adults across 16 clinics in Uganda. The goal is to see if this peer support approach leads to more people successfully completing TB treatment and staying on their HIV medications.
