Ventilator pressure study aims to Fine-Tune breathing support for ICU patients

Summary
This study looks at how changing the pressure in a breathing machine (ventilator) affects the effort patients need to breathe on their own. It will include 12 adults in the ICU who are already using a ventilator to help them breathe. Researchers will test four different pressure levels to see which one makes breathing easiest and safest.
