Summary
This study tests a training program called Skills on Wheels that teaches children with physical disabilities how to use their manual wheelchairs more safely and independently. The program aims to improve kids' wheelchair skills, confidence, and social participation. Four children aged 5-17 from Michigan who use a wheelchair at least 25% of the time are taking part.
