Summary
This study looks at whether a computer program called pediatric eCART can help doctors quickly identify children in the hospital who are at risk of serious problems like heart failure or sepsis. Researchers will compare hospital records from before and after the tool was put into use, involving up to 30,000 children. The goal is to see if the tool improves survival and reduces time in the ICU.
