Summary
This study tests an experimental drug (PD-1/IL-2 bispecific antibody) given before a second surgery in 30 adults whose liver cancer returned early after initial curative surgery. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or kill more cancer cells before the operation, potentially improving long-term outcomes. Participants receive the drug for 3 cycles, then undergo surgery if scans show the tumor is removable.
