Summary

This study looks at women with PCOS to see if some actually have a rare genetic condition that causes severe insulin resistance. Researchers will compare blood sugar and insulin levels, along with genetic tests, between women known to have the genetic condition and those with typical PCOS. The goal is to improve diagnosis so that the right treatment can be given.
