New drug combo aims to control deadly brain tumors

Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug pazopanib to standard chemotherapy (temozolomide) can help control glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain cancer. About 51 adults who have had surgery and initial chemoradiation will take the combination. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it improves outcomes, though lifelong treatment is expected.
