Paying it forward boosts STI testing in chinese men
NCT ID NCT05723263
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether a pay-it-forward approach—where one person's donation covers testing for the next person—could increase gonorrhea and chlamydia testing among men in China. Over 1,200 men who had sex in the past year but hadn't been tested recently took part. The goal was to see if this community-driven strategy works better than standard testing offers.
