Summary

This study looks at 100 adults aged 18-60 with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury. Researchers will use special MRI scans to measure tiny brain changes and see if they can predict how well patients recover one year later. The goal is to improve future care, but there is no direct benefit for participants.
