NCT ID NCT07454551
First seen Mar 13, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at how two different passive warm-up methods—infrared heating and therapeutic massage—affect jump height, balance, and flexibility in healthy adults aged 18 to 35. One hundred participants will be randomly assigned to one of the warm-up groups or a control group. The goal is to see which method works best for improving physical performance right after the warm-up.
