Summary

This study is testing a non-invasive device called PNRT that uses gentle light and motion to help people with lingering dizziness and other symptoms after a mild traumatic brain injury. Researchers will enroll 80 adults to see if the device is safe, tolerable, and can reduce dizziness. The goal is to find a new way to improve recovery without medication.
