Summary
This study will follow 3000 people with Parkinson's disease over 10 years to learn how the disease progresses and what factors affect survival. Participants will have regular check-ups, questionnaires, brain scans, and lab tests, but no experimental treatments are given. The goal is to find early warning signs and improve future care.
