Summary
This study follows 150 people with early Parkinson's disease or Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) for up to 18 months. Researchers measure changes in movement, daily living, and quality of life to better understand how these conditions progress. The goal is to gather detailed information that could help design future gene therapy trials.
