Summary
This study is testing two different exercise schedules for Veterans with moderate Parkinson's disease. It compares a high-volume schedule (intense weeks followed by rest) to a steady, moderate weekly schedule. The goal is to see which approach better improves walking speed, daily activity levels, and certain blood markers related to brain health and inflammation.
