Summary
This study aims to build a detailed picture of Parkinson's disease and a related condition called Multiple System Atrophy. Researchers will follow 700 patients in Shanghai over time, collecting health data, brain scans, and biological samples. The goal is to find better ways to spot these diseases early, understand how they progress, and guide future treatment development.
