NCT ID NCT06596265
Summary
This study aims to understand the effects of a free, park-based afterschool program on teens' health and well-being. Researchers will analyze existing data from about 1,000 participants, aged 12-17, in Miami-Dade County's 'Fit2Lead' program. The program offers academic help, sports, life skills workshops, and paid internships, and the study will measure changes in anxiety, fitness, stress, and career readiness over time.
