Summary
This study tested a special parenting program for pregnant women who are dependent on opioids and receiving medication treatment. The goal was to see if the program could help mothers be more nurturing and sensitive with their babies, and improve the babies' emotional and behavioral development. 174 mothers and their infants took part, and researchers measured things like parenting behavior, stress levels, and baby attachment.
