Summary

This study tests a 12-16 week online program called Parenting STAIR for military-connected mothers who have experienced trauma and have young children ages 2-10. The program helps moms manage strong feelings from past stress and improve their parenting skills. Researchers will compare it to standard treatments to see if it reduces PTSD and depression symptoms and boosts confidence in parenting.
