First seen Apr 10, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving expecting parents sleep tips and advice can help their babies sleep longer and have fewer sleep problems. About 391 families will take part, with some receiving regular sleep emails and surveys for up to 24 months after birth. Researchers will compare these families to a group that gets no extra sleep information to see if the advice makes a difference.
