Summary
This study tests whether a parent training program called Project IMPACT can improve social communication and reduce autism symptoms in children aged 1.5 to 6.5 years. Eighty children will be randomly assigned to either the IMPACT group (parents do at least 10 hours of therapy per week) or a control group. Researchers will measure changes in behavior, social skills, and brain activity using eye-tracking and brain scans.
