Can a special Parent-Child therapy ease your stress and boost your bond?
NCT ID NCT06827951
Summary
This study is exploring whether a therapy program for parents and young children can reduce parental stress, anxiety, and depression while improving the parent-child relationship. Researchers will enroll 80 parents of children aged 2-7 and measure stress levels, a bonding hormone called oxytocin, and family functioning before, during, and after the therapy. The goal is to understand how this therapy helps families and which parents benefit most from it.
