Enzyme trial aims to boost recovery after major stomach surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether adding pancreatic enzyme supplements to standard care helps people who have had part or all of their stomach removed. Researchers want to see if these enzymes improve patients' quality of life, help them maintain weight, and get better nutrition. The trial will compare the enzyme treatment against standard care alone in 188 participants.
