Summary
This study looks at whether giving ondansetron (an anti-nausea drug) through a vein or near the nerves around the stomach works better to reduce pain and vomiting after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy. About 482 adults having this weight-loss surgery will take part. The goal is to find which method provides better relief in the first 24 hours after surgery.
