Participants will, primarily, be patients of the clinical Investigators at HOAG and Piedmont Healthcare hospitals who are or will be scheduled for surgical resection of their worrisome pancreatic cyst as part of their clinically indicated care.

Inclusion Criteria: * Voluntarily agree to participate by giving written informed consent prior to any study-specific procedures. * Subject at least 18 years of age and able to provide consent. Subject is willing and able to comply with requirements of the protocol. * Radiologically documented cyst of the pancreas for which surgical removal is clinically indicated. * Patient will be undergoing a surgical resection of their pancreatic cystic neoplasm. Exclusion Criteria: * Patient who is pregnant at the time of study enrollment and sample collection. * Patient will not be undergoing clinically indicated surgery for a pancreatic cystic neoplasm. * Patient is unwilling or unable to provide informed consent or comply with study procedures.
