Summary

This study tests two different cancer vaccines (GVAX and a KRAS peptide vaccine) given with two immunotherapy drugs (balstilimab and AGEN2373) in people with pancreatic cancer that can be surgically removed. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination helps the immune system fight the cancer better. About 38 participants will receive treatment before and after surgery.
