New drug combo aims to stall deadly pancreatic cancer
NCT ID NCT07126158
Summary
This study is testing whether adding two oral drugs (defactinib and avutometinib) to a precise form of radiation therapy can better control advanced pancreatic cancer and keep it from getting worse. It will involve about 36 adults whose cancer has not progressed after initial chemotherapy. The main goal is to see if this combination helps patients live longer without their cancer worsening, compared to historical data for radiation alone.
