Scientists combine three weapons in fight against tough pancreatic cancer

Summary
This early-stage study aims to find a safe dose for a new combination treatment for pancreatic cancer that has grown locally but cannot be removed by surgery. The treatment combines a targeted drug (olaparib), an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab), and radiation therapy. The main goal is to see how well patients tolerate this three-part approach and to look for early signs that it helps control the cancer.
