This study tested whether adding two experimental drugs (TTX-030 and budigalimab) to standard chemotherapy could help people with metastatic pancreatic cancer live longer without their disease getting worse. 194 adults who had not yet received treatment for their advanced cancer took part. The goal was to see if the new combinations were safe and more effective than chemotherapy alone.
