Summary

This large study aims to find better ways to detect pancreatic cancer early in people at high genetic risk. Researchers will collect and analyze pancreatic fluid from 9,000 participants during scheduled endoscopies, looking for biological markers that signal developing cancer. The goal is to identify accurate early warning signs before symptoms appear.
