Summary
This study is testing whether a two-drug combination can help control advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread and cannot be surgically removed. The treatment is given as 'maintenance therapy' to patients whose cancer has stopped growing or shrunk after their initial chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach can delay the cancer's return and help patients live longer.
