New immunotherapy cocktails aim to boost pancreatic cancer surgery success

Summary
This study tests different combinations of immunotherapy drugs given before and after surgery for pancreatic cancer that can be removed. About 76 participants will receive these treatments to see if they help the immune system fight the cancer better. The goal is to improve how patients respond to surgery and to monitor side effects and long-term survival.
