New drug duo tested in fight against tough pancreatic cancer
NCT ID NCT05273554
Summary
This is a small, early-stage study to see if a combination of two drugs, pembrolizumab and lenvatinib, can help control advanced pancreatic cancer that has worsened after initial treatment. The study will enroll about 15 patients to check if the treatment shrinks tumors and is safe. Researchers will also take tumor samples to learn how the cancer responds to the drugs.
