First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether adding two immune-boosting drugs (canakinumab and tislelizumab) to standard chemotherapy can safely shrink pancreatic tumors before surgery. Nine adults with resectable or borderline resectable pancreatic cancer will receive the combination. The main goals are to find the best dose and see how many patients can then have successful surgery.
