First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study is developing a blood test that looks at tiny genetic particles called microRNAs to predict how well pancreatic cancer will respond to chemotherapy given before surgery. Researchers will collect blood samples from 200 patients with pancreatic cancer who are about to receive chemotherapy. The goal is to create a tool that helps doctors choose the most effective chemotherapy for each patient, potentially improving outcomes and reducing unnecessary side effects.
