First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a single session of radiation therapy can improve symptoms like pain and bleeding in women with advanced gynecologic cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if one treatment works as well as the standard multiple sessions for improving quality of life. About 28 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either one or several radiation treatments, and researchers will track changes in their well-being and daily function.
