Summary
This study tests whether a structured, personalized care plan based on patient-reported symptoms can improve quality of life for adults with advanced cancer. About 120 participants will either receive standard palliative care or a tailored pathway that triggers specific support based on their needs. The goal is to reduce symptom burden and distress, and improve satisfaction with care.
