First seen Feb 13, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests two different painkiller combinations (dezocine vs. nalbuphine, both with sufentanil) in 60 adults undergoing oral cancer surgery with flap reconstruction. The goal is to find which provides better pain control, fewer side effects like nausea, and helps the surgical flap heal better. Participants are randomly assigned to one of the two groups, and pain levels are measured at 2, 24, and 48 hours after surgery.
